IT Solutions Lead - SAP EAM (PM / PS) Consultant Job Description : IT Solutions Lead - SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project Systems (PS) ConsultantLocation : Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO Office locationsPosition Summary : The IT Solution Lead (Consultant) for the SAP EAM / PM area is responsible for leading work within or across end-to-end solution lifecycle of Operations team at Xcel Energy. They hold accountability for meeting business needs, supporting business strategy, and ensuring IT solutions have sound operation across all Business Units at Xcel. They provide in-depth knowledge of the business needs, business processes, and corresponding solutions within SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and non-SAP connected systems within the Operations area. They provide technical guidance in partnership with cross-organizational team members to ensure solutions align with architecture and IT strategy.Key Responsibilities : Relationship Management : Partner with business areas, customers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities across all Business Units at Xcel Energy.Solution Delivery : Participate in multiple Projects, Demand Management preparation, lead and support delivery lifecycle activities.Operations Management : Ensure solutions are designed for stable operation. Review solution performance, and continually assess health of systems and processes.Subject Matter Expertise : Stay abreast of industry and technology trends within Operations EAM area.Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.Seven years of related functional experience required with SAP EAM with Projects or Product delivery practices.Demonstrated ability to recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Additional Job Requirements : Hands-on functional, configuration and design experience with SAP (S / 4 HANA preferred with Fiori) systems in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).Responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM, from business requirements gathering through conducting business workshops.Expertise in Preventive Maintenance plans, Functional locations & Equipment Master Data, Work Centers Capacity planning and scheduling.Knowledge of integration of SAP PM with other modules including PS, MM, WM, HR, FI / CO and BW HANA Sidecar integration for Reporting.Seniority Level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type : ContractIndustries : Utilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
