Program Manager (contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in a key leadership role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, with a minimum of 8 years managing large and complex projects exceeding $10M in budget. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to guide project managers effectively, and a solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation. Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management Tool (SPM), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Day to day leadership of portfolio capital delivery resources
• ULC domain subject matter expert
• Delivery escalation point for classroom and homeroom portfolio
• Provide coaching to PMs/SMs around PMO ULC standards
• Ensure adherence to PMO/ULC standards and governance guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement related to PMO/ULC standards
• Adhere to TSS PMO KPIs
• Provide portfolio overviews (status, escalations, financials, ISD, etc.)
• Participate in MORs
• Participate in WORs

Qualifications
