Program Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the coordination and successful completion of projects, ranging from small to moderate in scope within a program. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program goals, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects within a program to achieve overall program objectives

- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project components

- Define and communicate program status, development challenges, and key success metrics

- Identify and mitigate areas of risk to ensure successful project outcomes

- Continuously seek opportunities for enhancing cost-efficiency, performance, and timelines

- Monitor project budgets and facilitate communication among project teams

- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and involvement in the project process

- Stay informed about industry trends, business conditions, and internal practices affecting projects or programs

- Adhere to established project management methodologies and reporting standards

Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• 5-7 year of QA/QC
• Safety driven
• open to oil/gas, commercial, or industrial previous experience
