Project Controls Specialist (contract)

Job Summary

Join our team as a key contributor in project controls support. You will be responsible for assisting Project Managers by generating reports, aiding in control activities, responding to data requests, and maintaining project schedules and cost tracking. Collaboration with Project Managers to ensure accurate project forecasting and expenditure review is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, while experience with Primavera P6 and SAP Work and Asset Management is required based on specific job requirements. Familiarity with data analytics reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports to support Project Managers
• Assist with control activities
• Respond to data requests promptly
• Develop, maintain, and support project schedules
• Coordinate with Project Managers for cost and schedule updates
• Aid in providing accurate project forecasting

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
