Additionally, this individual will act as a player-coach, providing guidance and support to the recruitment team, handling escalations, and addressing questions. They will serve as the primary point of contact for various business areas, offering data-driven insights to inform and enhance recruiting decisions.
Furthermore, this individual will lead various projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $82,800.00 to $117,600.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage full life cycle recruitment for senior-level roles, including complex offer negotiations. Partner with stakeholders and use advanced sourcing techniques. Ensure compliance with federal EEO and OFCCP guidelines.
- Team Support & Issue Resolution: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by sharing expertise, providing guidance and actively contributing to the professional development of team members
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop diverse talent pipelines and engage with candidates through multi-channel conversations.
- Business Relationships: Build deep relationships with business areas and provide expert consultation on recruitment strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on best practices and lead projects to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Analytics: Use data tools and metrics to improve candidate and hiring leader experience, service standards, and personal performance.
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or a combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current sourcing techniques.
- Ability to travel occasionally and commute to events and company locations as needed.
- Experience in Nuclear hiring for Xcel Energy.
- Nuclear bargaining/union workforce experience for Xcel Energy.
- Work Day experience.
- Sourcing within the XE Nuclear and Renewables business areas.
