OKLAHOMA CITY: Xcel Office Solutions is hiring a Technology Marketing Associate for our Sales Division. We specialize in business technology solutions with a focus on Managed IT Services, Unified Communications, Process Automation, Document Management and Print Solutions. At Xcel Office Solutions, we are seeking a committed, driven, team-oriented, and motivated Technology Marketing Associate to help drive our Managed IT Services portion of the business. As our marketing specialist you will work closely with our team of Solutions Specialists. The Marketing Associate will assist with Social Marketing campaigns, technology assessments at prospective client offices, help develop a recommended solution and help present solutions. The Marketing Associate will also generate their own Technology opportunities to expand our reach in the Oklahoma City Metro market.

Role/Responsibilities
- Drive Marketing initiatives to creave qualified prospective clients
- Assist Solutions Specialists with initial discovery meetings, technology assessments, and presentation of financial recommendations
- Ensure a seamless implementation process with our IT team and the new client
- Conduct periodic business reviews with existing Managed Services clients and explore additional ways we can assist our clients
- Responsible for updating and managing all data for assigned clients in the SalesForce CRM database on an ongoing basis

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom Video

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Marketing/Sales experience
- A college degree in a business curriculum is desirable but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $50,001.00 per year
