What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Architect IV - Cross Portfolio Integration - TS/SCI with CI Poly position at Xcelerate Solutions?
- Serve as primary POC and workflow organizer for the JPEO’s architecture team
- Work with stakeholders, leadership and SMEs to build a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and assets
- Work with program-level architects to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution
- Develop, maintain, and validate DODAF architectures for JPEO initiatives, programs, and the broader enterprise
- Develop DODAF architecture models in coordination with program offices and user sponsors such as the Joint Requirements Office and/or individual service and non-DoD sponsors
- Work with JPEO program engineers to develop system-level architectures
- Ensure DODAF architecture/data models are consistent with JPEO architecture models as well as Joint Staff Command and Control (J6) Warfighter Mission Area (WMA) architecture development guidance
- Develop architecture products to support acquisition documents (CDDs, CPDs, ISPs)
- Provide comments and input to support program and contract documentation (SEPs, TEMPs, RFIs, TORs, RFPs)
- Participate in JPEO Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) at the program and Enterprise level.
- CONUS travel up to 20%
- Required: 12 years’ experience of Software Development and 8 years’ experience in software architecture
- Required: 3 years’ experience developing and maintaining DODAF v2.0 data architecture products and/or Data Models within standard data modeling tools (ERStudio, Erwin, etc.)
- 1 year working experience with the UNICOM Systems Architect tool or No Magin Inc. MagicDraw Architect Tool
- Required: 3 years’ experience working with DODAF or TOGAF frameworks
- Required: 2 years’ experience with Joint Common System Function List (JCSFL), Joint Common Architecture (JCA), Net-Ready Key Performance Parameter (NR KPP), Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), and National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)
