As a GEOINT Deployment Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in equipping GEOINT personnel with the essential knowledge and hands-on skills required to thrive in challenging deployment environments. You’ll be the subject matter expert with real-world deployment experience to deliver expert-level training in geospatial analysis, data interpretation, and field operations. You will go beyond traditional teaching, facilitating immersive exercises, leading guided discussions, and offering real-time feedback to ensure our GEOINT deployers are mission-ready and equipped to make critical, informed decisions on the front lines. You will provide realistic training that enhances mission success through dynamic seminars, small-group exercises, and simulations. With collaboration being a key aspect of this role, you will work with a diverse team of instructors and other subject matter experts to keep training materials current, ensuring they reflect the latest advancements in geospatial intelligence technology and operational needs Your expertise will directly support the National Geospatial Agency’s mission of ensuring that GEOINT personnel are not only technically proficient but also capable of addressing the unique challenges of deployment.

Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience
- Or Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience
- A minimum of 3 years of documented instructional/teaching experience with a strong focus on GEOINT or GIS-related subjects
- Strong proficiency in ESRI GIS software and extensions to analyze geospatial data
- Fundamental knowledge/experience of the principles and applications of imagery interpretation, digital image processing systems, collections, and sensor phenomenology to enhance mission effectiveness
- Proficient in maintaining GEOINT databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Expertise in utilizing tools such as EO, IR, SAR, Multi/Hyper-Spectral, LiDAR, Remote View and other relevant GEOINT data applications, exploitation methods, and analysis techniques to provide actionable insights
- Prior Deployment experience supporting GEOINT operations and analysis
