Requirements
- Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- You have accomplished the achievement of a Doctorate Degree 5 years OR a Master’s Degree 15 years of relevant experience
- A deep understanding of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and experience applying it to create courses and training programs. Familiar with the ADDIE framework and know how to design training that engages learners, challenges them, and helps them succeed.
- Experience with Imagery Analysis or Sensor Technologies, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable lessons
- Strong proficiency with Blackboard and other learning management systems (LMS), and the ability to use these platforms to track student progress and improve the learning experience
- A working knowledge of ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, SOCET GXP, RemoteView, etc. in order to enhance learning and give students hands-on experience with the systems to be maximum proficient in supporting mission needs.
- Ability to travel to various of locations CONUS / OCONUS (may be up to 5 times/year, 1-2 weeks duration)
