Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Or 4 years of experience without a degree
- Demonstrated expertise in administering and troubleshooting Windows desktop environments, including operating systems, applications, hardware peripherals, and network-related issues to ensure performance and security standards are met.
- Skilled in provisioning new workstations—installing required applications, applying security updates, and preparing systems for deployment to end-users.
- Capable of maintaining up-to-date hardware and software inventory records, ensuring consistent accurate asset tracking.
- Proficient in configuring and maintaining printers, including proper driver installation and ensuring seamless integration within network environments for optimal use.
- Experienced in decommissioning hardware, including secure data sanitization procedures that align with organizational compliance requirements.
- Solid experience in handling Helpdesk ticket queues, ensuring timely and organized resolution of support issues.
- Proficient in managing user accounts, including setup, access control, and deactivation
- Ability to track and report on ticket trends to help identify recurring issues and improve support processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to deliver exceptional technical support and service to end-users.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting to automate configuration tasks, enhance troubleshooting efficiency, and simplify routine system administration duties.
- Possession of recognized industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A ), or similar qualifications, highlighting proficiency in desktop support, system troubleshooting, and network fundamentals
