As a GEOINT Imagery Specialist, you will be a key contributor to national security initiatives, providing critical insights that adhere to the high standards set by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with top organizations within the Intelligence Community (IC), helping to enhance the methods used for data collection, research, and analysis.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze satellite and aerial imagery, evaluating military and security targets. You’ll apply cutting-edge geospatial techniques to ensure safety, optimize resources, and help guide timely actions. Your expertise will be essential in detecting patterns, identifying anomalies, and assessing potential risks, such as weapons proliferation or shifts in infrastructure. Moreover, you’ll uncover gaps in current technology and provide valuable recommendations that will improve intelligence gathering and support strategic decision-making.

Expected work schedule: SHIFT 1 (0500 to 1800, 8-hour workdays, 5 days a week)
Key Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Clearance
At least 3 years of experience in imagery analysis
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of combined relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience OR 10 years of experience without a degree
Proficient with NTM sensors (e.g., EO, SAR, IR, MSI) for data analysis and intelligence collection in support of mission goals
Strong skills in using GEOINT tools and software (e.g., ArcGIS, RemoteView, Socet GXP, Ispy, Cedalion, IEC) to efficiently process, analyze, and deliver geospatial intelligence
Significant experience with Motion Imagery and civil/commercial sensor systems, with a focus on tasking and collecting geospatial data for management and retrieval
Expertise in identifying and analyzing military infrastructure to evaluate capabilities, strengths, and overall readiness
Ability to prepare comprehensive reports, including Orchestration Services Insight, GEOINT Notes, and Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI)
Preferred Qualifications:
GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) – Fundamentals
Experience with Structured Observation Management (SOM) integration into GEOINT workflows for enhanced accuracy and automation
Experience collaborating with DoD, IC, and international partners on shared security objectives
Completion of a Military Service MOS, AFSC, or NOS Granting Imagery Analysis Course or its DoD equivalent
