What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imagery Instructor (TS/SCI) position at Xcellent Technology Solutions?

As an Imagery Instructor, you'll play a key role in teaching analysts the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in high-pressure situations. Using your real-world experience, you'll train analysts in interpreting aerial and satellite imagery. You'll do more than teach—you’ll lead hands-on exercises, discussions, and provide immediate feedback to prepare them for critical decisions in the field. Your training will focus on real-world scenarios with seminars, group activities, and simulations to ensure mission readiness. You'll also work with other instructors and experts to keep training aligned with the latest technology and operational needs. By sharing your expertise, you’ll help the National Geospatial Agency (NGA) ensure analysts are well-equipped for their missions.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Intelligence, or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- A minimum of 3 years of instructional experience with a strong emphasis in GEOINT or GIS-related subjects
- Experience in maintaining GEOINT databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Strong experience in using NTM sensors (EO, SAR, IR, MSI, etc.) to analyze data, gather intelligence, and provide insights that support mission objectives and national security
- Proficient is using GEOINT software and tools (ArcGIS, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, etc.) to efficiently collect, process, analyze, and deliver geospatial intelligence
