We're searching for a skilled NoSQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize NoSQL database solutions for our applications. You'll collaborate with developers, data engineers, and architects to ensure that our NoSQL databases are scalable, secure, and performant.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) to support various applications.
- Optimize database performance, including indexing, sharding, and replication strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate NoSQL databases into applications and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for database interactions.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Implement data security measures and ensure data integrity within NoSQL databases.
- Document database designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in NoSQL technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a NoSQL Developer or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) and data modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in database query languages and scripting (e.g., CQL, JavaScript, Python).
- Experience with distributed systems and data replication strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their NoSQL offerings.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Ansible, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in NoSQL databases or cloud platforms are a plus.
