Job Title: Senior Windows Administrator Full-time

We're searching for a skilled Senior Windows Administrator to manage and maintain our Windows server environment. You'll collaborate with IT staff and other departments to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows-based services.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
- Ensure the security of the Windows environment through regular updates, patches, and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with IT staff to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and other IT staff.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Windows technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Windows Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and related technologies.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
