Xceptional Hardscapes is seeking a Hardscape Foreman to join our team in High Ridge, MO.
The Foreman is responsible for the overall operation of the project.
·Responsible for all aspects of the production process
·Directs and trains production personnel on a daily basis.
·Ensures compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
·Reviews work orders, submits to supervisor for completion.
·Assists in the selection of materials and techniques.
·Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
·Coordinates the use of equipment and supplies.
·Maintains a positive working relationship with all employees.
·Ensures that quality standards are being met.
·Responsible for overtime as needed.
·Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
