Xcite Automotive is seeking Paint-less Dent Repair Technicians for our new dealership partners in Hardeeville, South Carolina!
The minimum compensation is $60,000 on a salary basis. Applicants can expect pay between $60,000-$96,000!
As a Dent Repair (PDR) Technician, you will perform cosmetic dent repairs by using trained techniques and various tools on small to midsize dent damage on the exterior of our client's vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of automotive PDR experience. Qualified PDR technicians can expect 40 hours, a consistent salary, and great benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a close relationship with shop employees and managers
- Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company-provided technologies
- Effectively communicate with management regarding current projects
- Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment per company standards
- May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week), including Saturdays, as business needs dictate earning potential.
- Complete paint-less dent repairs according to the work order.
What you need:
- PDR experience
- Previous dent repair experience
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to get along with others
- Able to use hand tools and bend, stand, and crouch for extended periods
- Strong communication and interaction skills required
- Valid Driver's License required
