Xcite Automotive is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to provide dent removal services for our partner dealerships in Panama City, FL!
The ideal candidate will have a 5 year background in dent removal, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality workmanship. Qualified PDR technicians can expect 40 hours, a consistent salary, and great benefits.
The minimum compensation is $60,000 on a salary basis. Applicants can expect pay between $60,000-$96,000!
Job Responsibilities
- Perform paintless dent repairs on vehicles with precision and efficiency
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods
- Ensure repairs meet or exceed industry and customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with dealership staff and service advisors
- Maintain a professional, organized, and safe work environment.
What you will need:
- 5 years of professional experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
- Strong knowledge of metal shaping, dent removal techniques, and PDR tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation for travel between dealership locations
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- High attention to detail, precision, and quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
