Reconditioning Center Supervisor (Panama City, FL)

Xcite Automotive is seeking a Reconditioning Center Supervisor for our new dealership partners in Panama City, FL!

Center Supervisor position will be responsible for overseeing Center Managers, operations, sales, and financials for respective areas.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing Automotive fixed operations or equivalent in high-volume automotive vehicle processing. Prior experience with fleet companies or other reconditioning centers is preferred.

You will earn an annual salary of $60,000, pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• All standards are met for professionalism, team appearance, vehicle operations, work ethic, customer service, and safety and cleanliness are upheld at all times
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Verify Center Managers and Dealer Services Coordinators are maintaining proper daily and weekly communications with dealership management
• Create and maintain a work environment where employees have the tools, resources, training, and support necessary to operate in the most efficient and effective manner possible
• Assist in all Accounts Payables/Receivables
• Review and approve all payroll and bonus targets by defined deadlines
• Approve supply orders and guide associates on budgeted usage
• Conduct regular meetings with Center Managers to set and review goals and expectations
• Ensure all centers are effective and operating effectively.
• Work with Leadership Teams to ensure proper staffing is in place to handle current and new business
• Ensure locations, visits and calls are entered and notated in CRM
• Directly process recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and terminations
• Ensure proper rollout of new products, policies, practices and procedures
• Communicate with all assigned Center Managers and dealer clients
• Provide important data and updates to Executive Management in a timely manner
• Other duties assigned by Executive Management are not limited to the above

What you need:

• Leadership experience managing diverse teams of 50 people, 5-10 years of experience
• Experience in building and managing high-performance teams
• Strong drive for continuous improvement
• Comfortable with managing complex processes
• Hands-on mentality, someone who is not afraid to jump in at any stage of a process when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous management experience required
• Automotive service experience required
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude
