Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Drive sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills in sales management.

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail or automotive sectors.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Proficient in using software applications related to sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
