Duties

- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that drive business development efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably within a B2B context.
- Strong skills in territory management and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Experience with cold calling techniques and a track record of successful lead generation.
- Familiarity with upselling strategies that enhance customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Bilingual are preferred
