Job Summary:
As a Mobile Expert at Metro by T-Mobile, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge, sales, and outstanding service. You will help customers find the best solutions for their wireless needs while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding customer experience by actively engaging and building relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate and explain Metro by T-Mobile products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in selecting the right mobile devices, plans, and accessories based on their needs.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including activations, upgrades, and payments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to mobile devices and service plans.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current products, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with inventory.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or sales experience (wireless industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish, or other languages) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
