- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management using POS systems.
- Process transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation standards.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- Proficient in retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience with stock management and POS systems is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Knowledge of product demos to effectively showcase merchandise features.
