- Engage with customers in a retail environment, effectively communicating product information and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with product demos and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone when necessary.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
