Wireless Sales Associate for Metro by T-Mobile - ALABAMA - NORTHPORT
Pay Rate: $11.00-$15.00/Hourly Commission
Pay Schedule: Biweekly (basic pay and commission)
Hours: 40-50 per week

As a Sales Rep, you will deliver outstanding customer service and achieve customer loyalty by selling wireless phones, services, and accessories in-store and in the community.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required. Paid training provided.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- High energy and an inviting, positive personality
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow the customer base
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various store locations
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring it aligns with company standards
- Update promotional collateral and price cards as needed
- Complete training courses by assigned deadlines
- Attend meetings and participate in marketing events inside and outside the store
- Exhibit a winning attitude and consistently strive to meet monthly sales goals
