Regional Sales Manager/Territory Sales Manager - Rental or Dealer (East and West Regions)
Position Overview
Lead XCMG's rental/dealer equipment sales strategy and execution primarily across the East and West Regions and a dedicated resource for SE, NE, Texas, Ohio Valley, California, Utah, North and South Dakota. Drive revenue growth through rental fleet expansion, dealer development, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute regional rental or dealer strategy
- Lead territory or regional sales managers
- Build relationships with major rental or dealer accounts
- Manage dealer/rental programs
- Achieve regional/territory revenue targets
Business Development
- Expand rental or dealer market presence
- Create competitive rental or dealer programs
- Develop pricing and financing options
- Monitor market trends and competition
- Identify acquisition opportunities
Operations Management
- Oversee regional rental or dealer fleet
- Manage budget and forecasting

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 7 years rental or dealer industry experience
- 3 years management experience
