We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support, maintaining local systems and software, and ensuring the seamless operation of our network infrastructure. Responsibilities
- End-User Support Services: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, addressing issues related to hardware and software.
- Updates and Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain local systems and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Software Installation: Install pre-approved software applications using administrative credentials, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Hardware Setup: Install and configure hardware components, ensuring they are operational and integrated into the existing network.
- Network Configuration and Troubleshooting: Perform on-site network configuration and troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues and maintain network integrity.
- Phone Infrastructure Support: Provide support for phone systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Data Collection Device Support: Assist in the setup and maintenance of data collection devices, such as handheld terminals, ensuring they function correctly.
- Technical Documentation Maintenance: Maintain and continuously update technical documentation, ensuring it reflects current systems and processes.
- Documentation Revisions: Execute revisions and manage version control of technical documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Security Protocols: Implement and enforce data security protocols to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the activities of third-party vendors on-site, including those related to scanners, printers, and other equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network analysis and support.
- Strong understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
