Engagement Manager - Cyber Security
Locations: Edison, NJ, USA (open to candidates based on the East Coast
that are local to client office)
Hybrid - At least 2 days a week in office
Travel - up to 40%

Salary Range: $200,00-265,000 a year
The candidate will be responsible for designing security platforms, applications and tools to deliver against the customer Infosec strategy and programs. Knowledge of key security domains MDR, VM, GRC tools, Network security, IAM etc. is a must.
Responsibilities Include:
- Definition and ongoing curation of architecture documentation for security platforms and applications: produce architecture blueprints, HLDs and LLDs as required. Contribute to the procurement (RFI/RFP) of cybersecurity technology as needed.
- Work closely with customer / internal enterprise architects, solution architects, technical architects and other senior IT colleagues to ensure services are ‘Secure by Design’.
- Provide security solutions team with Cyber Security focused technical consultancy as well as define and curate supporting content to both educate and enable solutions teams in coming up with the right security solutions.
- Work closely with Security Operations, supporting incidents with other L3 support teams.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of enterprise technology experience, out which at least 6 years in Cyber security services and products.
- IT related graduation with preferrable specialization in Cyber Security
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or IAM product related certifications.
- Certifications like Associate CISO / C-CISO will be a plus
- Ability to conduct research into security technical platforms and evaluate capabilities.
- Able to compare security technology products and design ‘fit for purpose’ solutions
- Thorough understanding of the security threat landscape, significant risks, technical developments and directions.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, must be able to operate and communicate effectively at all C levels
- Familiarity with patterns, practices and frameworks of Enterprise security architecture particularly technical design assurance
Salary : $20,000 - $265,000
