Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Security Leader and Architect with 15 years expertise in defining cloud security strategies and drive governance / compliance teams. Candidate should have a proven ability to build and manage high-performing security teams, drive strategic alliances, and develop innovative cloud security solutions. This individual will also play a pivotal role in pre-sales activities, engaging with customers to deliver impactful presentations and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Collaboration
- Act as the primary interface with global cloud teams to align security strategies and best practices across regions.
- Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Team Building and Management
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of cloud security professionals.
- Establish a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Alliance Development
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with cloud service providers, technology vendors, and strategic partners.

- Advocate for the adoption of DevSecOps practices and automation in cloud security operations.
- Certifications:
- CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security services.
- Experience with IAM, encryption, network security, and security compliance frameworks.
