Your Day-to-Day:
- Ensure departments operate safely, comply with environmental standards, and maintain programs to protect personnel, facilities, and cleanliness.
- Oversee operations to maintain efficient workflows, production timelines, quality benchmarks, and inventory levels.
- Optimize resources, workforce, and processes to achieve cost-effective operations using team-based management principles and standard work policies.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or business management, with demonstrated technical aptitude.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, including supervisory and management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving change in industrial settings.
- Proven ability to manage large teams, set goals, allocate resources, and handle performance management processes.
- Technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support operational infrastructure.
- Experience with productivity methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
