Large Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing Company located in Peachtree City Georgia is looking for a Controls Engineer
- Problem solving and optimization of all automation tasks, development and collaboration on smart automation projects in assembly.
- Analyzing the main causes of process rejects, machine downtimes and product defects
- Measures to achieve and stabilize the target KPIs (OEE, CNQ)
- Planning, initiating and monitoring automation projects.
- Testing, proposing, and implementing new production processes and systems
- Carrying out change control procedures for technical or product-related change
- Knowledge of various programming languages and their application (C, C , HTML, flow language)
Qualifications
- 3 years working as a Controls Engineer in a Plant Manufacturing Environment
- 2 years' working in control technology, understanding of reading and writing source code
- 2 years' experience in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes
Six Sigma certified is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
