Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and financial functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP financial modules to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial standards.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support decision-making for manufacturing operations, cost optimization, and capital investments.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to align financial objectives with operational needs.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and audit readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
