Multi-Billion Dollar International Company located in the Carrollton GA Area is looking for a Lean Manufacturing Engineering Manager
JOB DUTIES
- Assists Managers through soliciting and reviewing functional area continuous improvement plans and activities to maintain and improve overall plant continuous improvement results
- Provides strategic direction, leadership, support and decision making to ensure successful application of continuous improvement concepts, including Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, Layouts and Material flow.
- Administers Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification.
- Manage Standardized Work Process and Kaizen events.
- Performs all supervisory tasks for direct reports : Engineering resources ,Kaizen Facilitators, Standardized Work Auditors, and skilled Fabrication Team
- Ensures department compliance with all safety, quality, environmental and BOS policies and procedures.
- Supports cost reduction and innovation idea programs (V.O.I.C.E).
