JOB DUTIES:
- Plans, directs and coordinates manufacturing processes in a machining environment.
- Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods
- Coordinate New Program Launches - Design, line layouts, capital procurement, equipment programming, setup, and training.
- Develop / troubleshoot manufacturing processes to meet or exceed established metrics
- Identify root cause and corrective actions to solve issues with processes, systems, or equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
- 1 year working in a machining environment - with experience working on CNC machines, setup and programming
- Lean Manufacturing - evaluate and improve manufacturing methods
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
