Large International Manufacturing company located on the East side of Battle Creek Michigan is looking for a Sr Human Resource Generalist.
JOB DUTIES
- Partner with Sr. Leadership and the Head of HR to develop a talent roadmap which enables the organization to achieve its strategy
- Partner with site leaders and their direct reports to deliver on workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and transformational initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Play a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with the business goals.
- Advise leaders in dealing with complex employee relations issues; partner with ER and legal teams to understand trends in employee performance issues and advise on appropriate remediation
- Help with Onboarding, Benefits, Recruitment and Training
