Digital Experience Management Architect - Remote
Position Summary :
The Digital Experience Management (DXM) Architect is responsible for designing and architecting effective customer facing digital solutions and leading transformative digital experience projects for our clients. They serve as an authoritative advisor that provides prescriptive guidance on Marketing, Technology and Customer Experience for our clients.
Responsibilities :
Working with clients to design and architect effective digital solutions on digital platforms including : Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce.com, etc.
Providing deep comparative solution consulting to clients using architecture and design best practices
Supporting the sales cycle by producing solution engineering documentation, statements of work and solution presentations
Helping to develop Xede POV's and best practices for clients and team members
Providing future looking solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming releases
Keeping current on new technologies as they relate to Salesforce and general Digital Experience practices
Acting as technical account manager to maintain client success and quickly surface and resolve issues
Key Result Areas :
Driving Project & Client Success (CSAT greater than 9.5, project gross margin of 50% or greater and client retention)
Target billable utilization percentage of 70% annually
Minimum Qualifications :
Ability to guide implementations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Content Builder, Data Designer, Analytics Builder, Ad Studio, Journey Builder, Business Unit Strategy, Encryption etc.
Ability to guide implementations of Salesforce Pardot
Competency with SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPScript, SOAP & REST API's
Exceptional communication, both written and oral
Customer oriented and experience with building client relationships
Ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (in-person and remotely)
Ability to drive consensus
Strong sense of ownership and self-starter; quickly able to dive in, assess opportunities and propose solutions
Ability to prepare and facilitate meetings / requirements sessions
Strong business analysis; eliciting requirements and developing use cases with acceptance criteria
Ability to easily create relevant artifacts / business documentation such as : as-is / to-be process and data flows
