Financial Management Services is a fiscal intermediary that supports self-direction for individuals with disabilities, providing expert guidance and top-tier services in a constantly evolving system. Through the Agency with Choice program, we offer an alternative to traditional provider-managed services, empowering participants to manage their support and services with increased choice and authority. Acting as the employer while participants serve as co-employers, we simplify the process of hiring staff, selecting services, and making care decisions.
What will you do?
As the Vice President of Strategy and Development, you will lead the charge in expanding and optimizing our services while ensuring sustainability and excellence. Your key responsibilities will include :
