Independent Postal Delivery Contractor

Job Overview:XENDRA LLC seeks responsible, dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Postal Delivery Independent Contractors to join our delivery service team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link in the postal and logistics chain, ensuring timely and secure delivery of mail and packages to residential and commercial customers.This is a contract-based position ideal for self-driven individuals who are comfortable working independently and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mail Delivery: Accurately deliver mail and parcels to designated addresses along a scheduled route in a timely and professional manner.
• Mail Processing: Organize, sort, and prepare mail and packages for delivery, ensuring proper handling and efficient routing.
• Customer Service: Interact courteously with customers, assisting with mailing inquiries, postage, and other postal-related needs.
• Clerical Duties: Complete necessary delivery forms, scan and track packages, and ensure accurate documentation is submitted as required.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize routes and workflow to meet deadlines and volume demands; promptly report delivery challenges or irregularities.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all postal delivery regulations, local traffic laws, and safety guidelines, including the proper use of vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework or degree preferred for advancement opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, insured personal or commercial-use vehicle (if not provided).
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift packages to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• MUST be able to pass a background check.

Work Structure:As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you are not considered an employee.
