Responsibilities of a Personal Trainer
- Help clients achieve their goals mentally, physically and emotionally.
- Supervise workout regimens, coach clients on their form during exercises and track fitness/performance goals.
- Program workouts for current/future clients.
- Educate new/existing clients on various packages we have available and carry out administrative duties associated.
- Ensure the gym areas are maintained to a high standard during each shift
Requirements for the Personal Trainer
- Background in Sports/Training
- Friendly to clients
- Outgoing and confident
- Ability to work flexible schedule (nights and weekends maybe be included)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works hard, ability to multi-task and is a problem solver
- Passion for the XenHouse Brand
