As a Sales Associate at Xenium Development, you will play a pivotal role in embodying our commitment to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries, in a professional and courteous manner
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products specialized to their individualized preferences
• Processing transactions accurately and recording account details appropriately and in accordance with compliance guidelines
• Participating in promotional and sales activities, upselling when needed, and closing sales efficiently

Qualifications for our Sales Associate:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling applicable sales transactions
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, if needed
