Position Overview:
Xenon arc, Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager – Supply Chain to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, optimize procurement activities and ensure inventory health. This role balances hands-on execution with strategic oversight and team leadership.

Essential Job Duties
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction and minimize working capital; develop forecasting models, analyse demand trends, and own procurement decision-making
- Manage a team of Supply Chain Specialists and Planners and foster a high-performing culture; mentor and develop them towards a transition into more senior supply chain roles at Xa
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives with customer service, commercial, finance, and IT to optimize physical supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Uphold inventory health, adjust stocking strategies, reduce aging and expiring inventory and maximize turns
- Oversee a cadence of regular physical warehouse audits and performance management conversations with partners
- Manage team performance to meet OKR’s and KPI’s
- Optimize inbound and outbound freight and warehouse operations, including invoicing and AP for 3PL partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain/logistics, or similar field.
- 7 years of relevant supply chain, logistics, buyer, and/or warehouse management experience.
- Proven experience in a people management role, with a track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated track record of process optimization and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with effective execution.
