Shifts
- 1st Shift 7:00AM to 3:45PM ( Tuesdays to Saturdays)
- Provide delivery of contracted services at Boeing.
- Produce Premask, Stencil, Wetpen and Scribe ship sets per paint hanger schedule.
- Produce High Accuracy Plots per distributed requests.
- Deploy service solutions that meet agreed upon Standards of Performance (SOP) and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Provide requested data within the timeframes outlined in the contract.
- Provide requested data within the allowable error rates outlined in the contract.
- Achieve business objectives (PEP), identify and resolve shortfalls and issues.
- Constructive, positive outlook and persistence in the face of obstacles.
- Excellent customer Service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Operational Management.
- Build and maintain relationships.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Skills in MS Office applications, Internet navigation and use.
- Maintain quarterly learning objectives deployed by Xerox.
- Maintain required learning deployed by Boeing.

- Customer satisfaction surveys and feedback.
- Delivery against Service Level Agreements.
- Delivery against Xerox Corporate Goals and Objectives.
