Overview:

MRC, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for is responsible for coordinating all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow products from suppliers and customers. Our Logistics Coordinator will also oversee orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday working out of our Fremont, CA location.


Job Description:
  • Coordinate moves of copiers / printers / office equipment for customers.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks to review paperwork, collect missing info, issue move quotes, invoice. upon completion of move.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction.
  • Serves as customer point of contact from beginning to end of move.
  • Coordinate move with internal logistics team for local moves & with outside logistics teams for out of territory moves.
  • Answer calls and/or e-mail correspondence to customers on their queries.
Qualifications:
  • Intermediate basic office skills.
  • Intermediate skills for outlook, word, excel.
  • Self-starter, team player, detail oriented and reliable.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Multi-task, good organizational skills.
