Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days with flexible start times of 5 or 6 am, overtime on Friday's
Sign-On Bonus: Offering a $1000 sign-on bonus payable after 6 months of successful employment.

Assembler 3
An Assembler 3 demonstrates advanced proficiency in HVAC assembly and take on leadership responsibilities within the assembly team. This position is ideal for individuals who have mastered assembly techniques and are ready to step into a leadership role or take on more complex assembly tasks. This position works closely with supervisors and leads to mentor junior team members while ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of HVAC units.
· Champions safety procedures and adheres to them strictly
· Acts as a subject matter expert in HVAC construction assembly.
· Leads complex assembly projects, ensuring precision and efficiency.
· Develops and implements best practices for assembly processes.
· Stays up to date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
· Actively participates and promotes hazard and near miss reporting.
· Provides technical expertise and guidance to resolve challenging assembly issues.
· Responsible for thorough training of lower-level assemblers and completes training checklists.
· Leads single unit projects with assistance from leads/supervisors
Requirements
- Stand continuously, 8 hours
- Kneel, crouch occasionally
- Climb Ladder occasionally
- Lift from floor to waist occasionally
- Lift from waist to shoulder occasionally
- Lift overhead occasionally
- Lift 0 – 25lbs frequently
- Lift 25 – 50lbs occasionally
- Able to team lift 50-75 lbs
- Occasionally required to work in enclosed spaces
- Occasionally required to work at heights over 4 feet with proper safety protection
- MUST be able to read a tape measure
