Detailer:

Xetex is searching for a Detailer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and detail oriented. The detailer will be responsible for ensuring the final presentation of industrial HVAC units. This person will help with the quality assurance of units, cleaning units, shrink wrapping, and other tasks assigned. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

· Learns and champions all safety procedures.

· Clean HVAC units to remove any dust, debris, or contaminants, ensuring units meet quality standards.

· Conduct a final inspection of units to verify that all components are installed correctly, and there are no defects or issues.

· Perform touch-up painting or other cosmetic repairs as needed to maintain the appearance of units.

· Apply shrink wrap or protective coverings to units to safeguard them during transportation and storage.

· Assist in various tasks associated with the construction and assembly of HVAC units, including but not limited to, installing components, wiring, and panel assembly.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably in the HVAC industry.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

· Ability to work independently without constant direction.

· Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

· Physical capability to lift and maneuver materials as needed

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
