Description
Shift: 1st Shift: Starting at $21.00/hr. 4-10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday OR 5-8 hour shifts Monday-Friday.
Sign-On Bonus: Offering a $1000 sign-on bonus payable after 6 months of successful employment.

General Summary:
Panel assembly duties will mainly consist of construction of XeteX units; assembling, caulking, working with hand and power tools, and performing quality checks for XeteX HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) units.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepping of HVAC panels
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment, materials, and supplies
• Palletizing panels using forklift and team lifting
• Clean and maintain workstation
• Take direction and assist leadership with all duties
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Background in construction preferred
• Must be able to operate basic hand tools safely and efficiently
• Must be responsible, personable, have a good work ethic, and able to be on time
• Able to read and understand basic drawings, technical sheets, and procedures
• Strict adherence to Rule Books and quality standards
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs

Physical Requirements:
• Stand continuously, 8 hours
• Kneel, crouch occasionally
• Climb Ladder occasionally
• Lift from floor to waist occasionally
• Lift from waist to shoulder occasionally
• Lift overhead occasionally
• Lift 0 – 25lbs frequently
• Lift 25 – 50lbs occasionally
• Lift 50 – 75lbs occasionally
• Occasionally required to work in enclosed spaces
• Occasionally required to work at heights over 4 feet with proper safety protection
