Technical Writer
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation for XeteX production processes. This role is essential in standardizing workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and facilitating consistent training and operations across the production department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, manufacturing, and process documentation, with the ability to translate complex procedures into user-friendly guides and instructions.
Job Duties :
- Process Documentation
Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather detailed information about existing processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Develop standardized templates and formats for process documentation to ensure consistency and readability.
Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and the quality team to identify documentation needs and prioritize tasks.
Ensure all documentation adheres to company quality standards and supports compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain an organized repository of all process documents and ensure accessibility for production staff.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or specialized documentation software).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
