Overview
XFD Real Estate Partners is seeking a well-qualified Assistant General Manager to support in the oversight of a student focused community with 792 beds, located 1.5 miles from the Oklahoma State University campus. The successful candidate will report directly to the community's General Manager, with support from our corporate operations team.
Responsibilities
- Processes rental payments
- Report revenue from rent collection and all outstanding debts
- Handle enquiries regarding late payments
- Submit delinquent files to attorney for eviction filings
- Conduct credit checks and rental verifications
- Addresses complaints from residents and guarantors
- Inspects empty units prior to moving in new residents
- Manages resident accounts, records, and files (current and former)
- Responds to emergency maintenance or safety calls
- Conducts weekly resident file audits
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in property management and leasing
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency in Entrata
- Understanding of landlord-tenant law and conflict management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Administrative experience with data entry and filing systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
