What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at XFD Real Estate Partners?
Overall duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the development and management of the maintenance budget.
- Maintaining the preventative maintenance program.
- Handling purchase orders for all maintenance inventory.
- Ensuring that grounds are picked up daily and are in pristine condition.
- Conducting all quarterly inspections and addressing any outstanding maintenance issues immediately.
- Assisting in vendor selection and unit maintenance during "Turn".
- Assisting in the oversight/supervision of third-party contractors working on-site.
- Customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
