Administrative Site Clerk - Golf Course Construction
The Site Clerk’s job is to support the construction site staff and crew by completing most of the required administrative tasks. This part-time contract position starts at 7 am to 12 pm and requires the clerk to be onsite Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday. The contract will begin on or about March 31, 2025, and lasts to the end of August / early September. We are offering $18.00 per hour with the possibility of a bonus at the end of the contract. The construction site is located at Okatie Country Club, with an office trailer on site.
Responsibilities Include :
- Collect and accurately log all packing slips, material delivery tickets, fuel deliveries, and report crew hours.
- Daily communication with on-site staff and administrative office staff (off-site).
- Attending site meetings and recording minutes.
- Provide administrative support to on-site project managers with reminders on due dates / communications / meetings / supplies and or materials being delivered etc.
