Description:
The Marketing Coordinator is a part-time or contract position involved with multiple aspects of our marketing strategy including event management, online marketing, website, SEO, content creation, e-commerce, social engagement, partnership and product launches, and other marketing and administrative duties in the office and showroom.
The role has the potential to expand into leadership and other opportunities within the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing campaigns online, social, email, and in print
· Coordinate social media strategy including posts to Instagram, Facebook, and Google
· Coordinate creative assets, photography, and content for product inventory utilized with online, social, and print marketing campaigns
· Coordinate industry expos and event logistics including scheduling, preparation, and promotion for XGRID products and partners
· Write and edit copy for marketing campaigns and blogs in support of SEO efforts
· Work with leadership to execute a defined launch plan for new partnerships, events, and new products.
· Maintain and update website inventory and landing pages including uploading photos, pricing, specifications, adding new products, and stock levels.
· Provide outstanding customer service to our current and prospective customers and partners, whether visiting our showroom, calling in, at events, or inquiring online.
· Be completely fluent with sales and rental inventory, specifications, and be able to effectively answer questions from customers on different campers.
· Other duties as requested by management.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
· Have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, and be committed to fulfilling a variety of job duties that may change frequently.
· Possess strong communication and follow up skills with customers of all demographics.
· Be detailed oriented, take notes, and follow through on tasks and action items without reminders.
· Knowledge and experience with computer systems, software, and web browsers including MacOS, Windows, Adobe products, Microsoft Office applications, GSuite applications, and ability to learn industry specific applications.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be at least 25 yrs old.
Education and Experience
· 1-3 years experience in a marketing oriented role.
· High school diploma or equivalent is required; college a plus.
· RV experience is not required, but a passion for outdoor adventure is.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
